How do I make a reservation?
Choose your dates and number of guests, then click “Book now”: the system will guide you step by step. A 50% deposit confirms the reservation; the balance is due at check-in. Card details are requested only as a guarantee.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations are non-refundable within 60 days of check-in. If you cancel earlier, you can change your dates, subject to availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a range of local and international payment methods: installment card payments (at a different rate), Mercado Pago and digital wallets.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm. We'll let you know if an earlier arrival is possible. Check-out is at 10:00 am.
What if we arrive at night or early in the morning?
If you arrive after 9:00 pm, please let us know in advance so we can arrange your check-in.
Our flight or bus leaves late. Can we stay longer?
You can leave your luggage at reception or request a late check-out in advance for an additional fee, subject to upcoming reservations.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have spacious outdoor parking within a gated property.
What should we bring?
Just your personal and toiletry items. We provide bed linen and towels (refreshed daily), and the apartments are fully equipped for cooking.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we are pet-friendly. An additional fee applies, and pets cannot be left alone in the apartment.
How can we get around Bariloche?
Taxis, ride-hailing services and car rentals are available. The bus stop is 70 meters away.
Are there shops nearby? Is there a laundry?
There's a grocery store 30 meters away and a supermarket 1 km away. The nearest laundromat is 3 km away; we also offer washing and drying services.
